3. Refunds are not possible when work is in progress.
4. In the case of stem work with separated vocals, it is being done at the cost of two songs.
5. If a stem file falls into the category of a mix, the operation may be rejected.
6. If the work starts and the mix is replaced by a customer's mistake or change of mind, an additional 50% fee will be incurred.
7. If you wish to visit, please check the cost, and there will be a separate cost for modification.
8. In case of a delay in work due to a flood of deliveries, we will inform you separately.
